I love those Michelin-Man arms :-) So cute.
And in case your question was rhetorical... I have bathed my babies in the big tub before they could sit up. Just place your left arm under his neck and under his left arm pit, and then scrub him with your right hand :-) (I might feel dumb if that wasn't rhetorical, so pretend you really wanted to know :-)

I really have never tried bathing them in a bathtub before they can sit up....They seem so heavy to hold and I am not that coordinated!! I might give it a try or maybe just stick him in the shower (:
